It’s a really good backpack; however, I wish it had side pockets to carry a bottle of water for instance. It’s is very comfortable and light. Zappos, as always, never disappoints, shipped very fast.

Backpack seems fine overall-a little stiff at the back but sure that helps with support and comfort in the long run. Disappointed in what I received since the colors of the premiere purple/baroque purple seemed to match lunch bags I have, but it is actually more purple-almost blue-violet rather than red-violet that shows on my monitor. Not sure if I’m keeping just yet.

I ordered 3 back packs to try and test for comfort/fit and to choose one from those 3. I am female, 5’3″ and The men’s one i tried rubbed my arms, this one was PERFECT! No back pain I loaded it with books and tested it out. Very comfy, zippers are smooth and easy to use, don’t get caught. The first compartment is great how much you can organize w different little pockets and holders. This is also a nice size for hiking not too bulky but can fit enough in it. This was a great purchase for all around use! The others I tried from northface had zippers the caught and didn’t run smooth. Color was true to online.

I love this backpack! It fits all my binders and books without appearing stuffed and bulky. It is sturdy, and has just enough pockets to organize my belongings. Its only downside is lack of an external side pocket with which to hold a water bottle.

I have never used a women’s back pack. In fact, I had not even heard of a special backpack for women prior to finding this North Face Vault on the Zappos website. I do not even know that I am wearing this thing, it is so comfortable. The curved straps fit my shoulders perfectly. I also like the built in whistle, it would be great for young ladies living on college campuses. I cannot wait to travel with it! Zappos’ customer service was excellent as always and shipping was expedient. Thanks, Zappos!

Everywhere I went and looked for a back pack, this one was priced at more. I found this back pack on Zappos and it was almost half the price! I absolutely love it and I get a ton of compliments. It’s very cushioned on the back for comfort and the thicker straps help relieve some of the weight if you have heavy items in the back pack. Oh and I love the free shopping!! I would definitely recommend this back pack to anyone.

Zappos is the best! I have ordered from them a few times. The last time I ordered a North Face backpack. I ordered around 9th. Received an email within a few hours that it has been shipped…received the backpack the very next morning! Unbelievably great!
