The footbed is perfectly contoured for my feet to feel stable and comfortable. Love the arch support! I can comfortably wear these for hours. Bought the blue and it is not bright at all, so it works as a neutral with most of my outfits.

These casual summer sandals have an incredibly soft footbed and strategically placed soft leather straps that are easily adjustable. What I love best is the natural leather color — it blends with skin tone so much better than any of the dyed nude or beige tones. These were comfortable right out of the box, and surprisingly foot flattering for a comfortable, supportive, casual sandal.

These feel like they were made for my feet! The footbed is so pillowy comfortable and supportive at the same time. The adjustable straps make it easy to accommodate my swelling foot and ankle as I recover from a total knee replacement. I wish the blue was a bit darker like navy but they’re still super cute and stylish.

I expected to love these because I love my current pair of Taos sandals. Sadly, these do not fit properly. The ankle strap has two problems: 1)The length is too short and will not reach across my ankle/instep to properly connect with the velcro on the sandal base; and 2)there are two thin straps that are part of the ankle strap and one of them is so loose that it does not lay flat; it is too long. I like the color and leather, but straps are not working. I will be returning.

I have other Taos sandals that I like, but this one looked too clunky on my foot. Sizing and comfort were comparable to other Taos, but I didn’t like the look well enough to keep it.

I am so sad. Taos must have changed where they are making their shoes. I have about six pairs and ordered two more to expand on my collection and to replace one pair that is well worn. Even the same size and style shoe is different from previous versions. The straps are shorter so don’t go across my foot the way my other six pairs do. The new style is a bit shorter than my current taos shoes in the same size. My toes go just too far to make them work. Also, the arches are not as high as previous versions so they do not support my foot like they used to. I’m so sad. Now I suppose I need to find a different brand – unless Taos looks into it and increases their quality control. I wish they would. I have loved my previous purchases.

I got these sandals in black last summer and wore them A LOT, so decided to get the pewter ones too. Love the color! Very comfortable and supportive, and they look more stylish on than a lot of the comfy sandals. As others have mentioned, it would be nice if the straps were just a little longer so there would be more contact with the velcro. I had another pair of Taos sandals (Beauty) that I wore for years – super comfortable, and they still look decent! These are pricey but worth it for the quality. I have high arches – could use even more arch support, but overall these really work for my feet. I typically wear 8.5 in sandals and 9 in closed shoes. I buy Taos sandals in 8 and they are fine. 9 would definitely be too long in front.

Foot bed was comfortable and appropriately wide from side to side (I’m a C/D width), but the straps over the top of the foot are so loose that even with the straps pulled on the tightest velcro setting, I could fit my entire hand between my foot and the top straps. This was the same for the straps around the ankles where there was at least a 1/2 inch gap between the side of my ankle and the straps, and the back heel straps as well. If you have feet and ankles that very very puffy and thick this is the sandal for you. Shoe designers for too many brands think that if you have a wide foot that you also have a thick/puffy foot and ankles and that’s not the case for many of us wide footed women. I return about 75% of the wide shoes that I order which is why I shop with Zappos, as returns are easy. These are a definite return for me. The look of the leather for the high price point of this sandal was a bit stiff and vegan/fake leather-like. Have an older pair of Taos sandals, different style with soft leather that I loved, but were lost.

These would have been adorable if the ankle strap was correctly sized. Unfortunately, because the two back straps are connected, there was a gap no matter how I adjusted the strap.

These sandal are so comfortable. I can go shopping without my feet hurting. I own several different styles. If your looking for a cute comfortable sandal order these. You won’t be disappointed.
Taos in some styles will not fit a wide foot. But I didn’t have a problem with these.

These sandals are expensive but worth it. I bought them to replace my six-year-old well-loved Taos Trophy sandals, and they are of the same thoughtful design and quality construction. I love the adjustable straps in both front and back as well as the extra cushion on the ankle. They are the perfect cross between comfort and cuteness, and I am betting I’ll get six years of love from these as well.

This shoe is the best! I bought the one without the backstrap a couple of years ago and like the style; I did not know it came with this back strap so when I saw it at a store I wanted to purchase them but they did not have my size. I found it on Zappos and they arrived timely and I LOVE THEM! I have a standard size 8 foot and it fit perfectly. It’s nice they have adjustable top and bottom straps so hopefully if you’re a standard (medium width) size, it will fit! Would highly recommend. They are comfy. I can wear with dresses.

A perfectly comfortable, and attractive sandal. These sandals have a highly placed ankle strap that secures the foot for those with injured ankles. These sandals are supportive, and I love that they can be put on quickly with the Velcro closures. Thanks for a great sandal that solves the support needed for my torn ankle ligament.
