SG –
Sure Smartwool makes good garments, but their packaging is thoughtless. Can you tell the difference between the packages of two very different products? One with 88% wool and the other 53%? To give a clue, there is only one word on the box that distinguishes them. To makes things better though the same word occurs on both boxes in large letters. The frustrations of this comes from grabbing two boxes on the same self that look essentially identical to only discover at home that they are different products. Of course shops don’t allow return of underwear so it’s waisted money because Smartwool has such dumb packaging.
