Pants showed up with a very large hole in the butt. Pants arrived without any tags or stickers which leads me to believe they were not new

After a couple of hours wearing these pants, they begin sagging They start off as a good fit, but then they droop with the fabric gathering below my glutes creating an unappealing look. I really liked the pants at first, but now consider them unwearable.
