I have never had an experience like this with Zappos and it’s still a mystery why this happened… I ordered the same pair of shoes three times and each time, the wrong size was delivered (the order in my account was always correct, but the items delivered were not). I even called customer service twice to see if they could help ensure I’d get the correct size the next time. Unfortunately, three strikes is all I could take, so I’m not going to try again – too many inconvenient trips to UPS to return and just frustrating that whoever is fulfilling the order in the warehouse is not reading labels correctly. And I wasted a discount code on these that I can’t get back, blergh.
