Very comfortable. I sized up a half size and am glad I did. I played tennis the first time I wore them and absolutely no break-in required. I would purchase again.

Nice looking shoes, but the fit was not wide enough even though the shoes were considered a wide size.

These are not comfortable as the toe box is too narrow. Please bring back the Gel Dedicate 6, and I’ll buy a dozen right away.

Could be a tad bit wider but is wide enough. I’m guessing court shoes need to fit a bit snugger than running shoes in which case these are perfect. I also tried the Resolution 9 and they felt a bit too snug. Particularly for a wide.

I was wearing Dedicate 7 last year and wanted to continue with Dedicate 8 because the top is mesh, which the dedicate 7 is not. However, I did not realize that the insole (footbed) is NOT removeable. I thought Asics had removeable insoles. Wrong! Many do not. Read the description carefully. If it does not mention removeable footbed, then it is not. Disappointed these had to be returned. It’s hard to find sneakers that fit my narrow feet.

I wear these sneakers to play pickleball and so far so good. There is no slipping on the court, and i like to run, and they are extremely supportive. I am a 6 1/2-7 and the 7 fit perfectly. So far they stay tied but they do have round laces so I was worried that they might not.

My feet get a little sweaty in these shoes. I will pick the more breathable ones next time.

These are similar to the Challengers but without the intense side support that the challengers have. They still have plenty of support though. Only 4 stars bcs of the foot bed. I chose to put my SuperFeet footbed because the stock footbed had no support and was pretty flimsy. Have played in them several times and very pleased. Were a size 7.5/8, bought 7.5.

I have worn ASICS in the past for running walking and the gym but when I was looking for a shoe for pickleball I figured why not go with a brand I have always been happy with. The reviews were mostly negative but the shoes were everything I needed and have worked out fantastic for my game play. Glad I did not listen and went with my gut instinct and bought them. They were just what I needed on the court

The shoe is so heavy! After wearing 30 minutes, I have to change shoes, my feet are so tired. I asked if I could return and was told NO, once they are worn you can not return. I did not know they had this issue until I wore them. I have bought many, many pairs of Asics, but this maybe my last.

i like them. I find Asics to always be true to size. so if you are comfortable in one pair, you are good to go in all of them.

This shoe is very comfortable right out of the box. It has a lot of top padding (tongue), which is great for my higher-volume feet (tightened laces don’t hurt the top of my feet). I don’t anticipate much of a break-in period. The footbed is not removable; I ripped it out to replace it with my preferred insoles. It’s glued in, so it only took a few seconds to force the footbed loose. This shoe has a moderate level of cushioning; I prefer more cushioning, but the price was right. I like the look of the shoe.

These felt narrow in that there wasn’t enough material on the top foot of shoe. It seemed totally fine on the foot bed. I had to keep the laces really loose to not feel like they were digging down into the top of my foot. Returned.

As others have said, the toe box on this shoe is small. It’s too bad, as otherwise it is a good shoe – looks nice with good support. The small toe box is a dealbreaker though, so had to return.

Asics is the only brand for my narrow feet. I was disappointed with Gel Dedicate 8. The shoe felt cheaper than the Asics I’ve had before. Missed the substantial arch support.
