In addition to being visually aesthetic, the Sylan GTX Shoe is super comfortable and functional. I’ve already taken my Sylan’s out for a mountain run and feel confident in their design. Really looking forward to more adventures in these shoes!

Ultra light and great tread. Love these!

wish they had fit just tad narrow and short , solid Hoka type idea but not made of cheap material that falls apart

I have been using my Sylans for some time now, and I love them. At the beginning, the feel was a bit strange because they have rocker bottom soles, but once you get used to it, it feels normal. I used them for a hike where I really tested the waterproof functionality, and I was amazed at how well it worked. There was even some snow on the trail, and I wasn’t slipping.

I tried the Sylan Gore-Tex for about ten runs and I appreciated the feel of the shoe from the very first use due to the propulsion effect you immediately feel thanks to the shoe’s design. I really appreciated the foot support, which is particularly noticeable during downhill trail running

I’ve had the Sylan GTX for around 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with them. I have about 50 miles on them so far and they seem to be getting better with each run. They feel remarkably supportive and with an aggressive profile, they handle variable terrain with ease. The shoes have a bit of a high platform and very pronounced rocker which is has been great for performance but takes a bit of time to get used to.
Out of the box, they’ll feel pretty ridged but after a couple miles they’ll ease up to the perfect fit. The GTX model has been nice far for wet, muddy days and I haven’t had much issue with moisture build up in the shoe with it being Gore-Tex. I did notice that the heel felt a bit shallow and I was getting a lot of slippage but once I laced the shoes up to the top hole, it seemed to combat that issue. I would say on future models however, this would be worth looking into.
Overall, I’ve been super stoked about the Sylan GTX and couldn’t be happier with how they’ve performed. For what it’s worth, my pace has improved since wearing these… could just be mental… could be the shoes…. could be that I’ve eaten way less ice cream lately… who can say really? Take it as you will. Great shoes and I’d highly recommend them.

I am on my feet all freaking day because of my job. Ive used Danskos for the past 10 years but the last 3 years I’ve developed excruciatingly painful ankles. I bought these shoes instead and the ankle pain has definitely reduced. I know they are advertised for runners but they work great in an office setting too.

Very light shoe. Takes a minute to get accustomed to the rocker sole. But comfortable and great looking. Will be testing out the waterproof feature soon! Love the tuck in pocket for the laces. Nothing worse than laces untied on a trail.
