Iām about 5 years out from a bilateral mastectomy. Always looking for a good bra for my prosthetics. While the other reviews are correct in that the prosthetic pockets are big, they are just fine when the bra is put on and up against the body. Iām about a 36C and got the 36B (I donāt think it wouldāve mattered on the smaller cup size), but the prosthetics sort of swam a bit until I put the bra on. After putting it on it hugged my body perfectly and it also looks very lovely on, not like an old bra but something made for women who even despite losing their breasts still want to feel attractive and like they still have a pair. I hope that helps.

Everyone is different of course. What works for me might not suit you, etc. This bra is so thick and heavy I didnāt care for it. Definitely provides coverage
