Gorgeous! wonderful material, nice flow, has attached crinoline slip to give it some body. Flattering line, wish it came in other colors, like purple or blue. Or white! True to size, even generously cut. Size 6 fits perfectly – 122#, 5’6″, 34a.

I work for a non-profit arts organization and I wore this dress while working our annual gala. This dress is absolutely perfect. It does make you a little wide while seated due to the skirt and crinoline, but the material of the dress does not wrinkle or otherwise show that you have been sitting. The back is cut a little low, but you do not need a special cut bra to wear with it. It is very comfortable, flattering and extremely classy. But the most important, best thing about this dress? It has pockets! Buy this dress just for the pockets. You will be glad that you did.

I needed a formal dress ASAP for an event as the one I had had tailored came back too short. This worked perfectly! Since I’m short, this came pretty much to just above my ankles so it fit the bill. Plus the blue is gorgeous! AND POCKETS! Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets? Can’t wait to wear it again.

It is a stunning dress, full skirted, with an Audrey Hepburn vibe. Unfortunately, it is also very narrow through the back so if you are broad there, it likely will not zip even if it fits everywhere else. I am sad to return it because it really is beautiful.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this dress is stunning. My daughter owns it in three colors now. I love Zappos selection and super fast shipping. My only comment is that when you purchase these online the come stuffed in a bag, inside the box, which means they aren’t exactly ready-to-wear, if you know what I mean. Make sure you have time to iron it, or have it steamed. Other than that, no comments 🙂

Runs a bit small in the waist, will try a larger size. Found the same true of another Adrianna Papell dress, fit me in shoulders/bust, but runs small lower half of garment. Otherwise beautiful and appropriate for wedding occasion.

I was told I look like Audrey Hepburn wearing this dress. Very classic look. I am 5′ 6″ and the (size 10) dress went to about mid calf but looked correct with heels. Make sure you leave enough time to get the wrinkles out. I steamed it and ironed it at home and it still had some small wrinkles but was wearable. In terms of size for approx. 37 bust line the size 10 fit perfectly.

I really loved this dress. It was gorgeous but a little bit too formal for what I needed it for. The fabric is really nice and I like the cut; it’s very flattering. I am usually between a 12 and 14 and only the 14 was stock at the time. It was a little big so you may want to size down if you are between sizes.

This is a super cute dress and is well made. Unfortunately, it was not made for someone built like myself. I have a larger chest and the top did not flatter it. There are great pockets though so if you think your body type would work for this dress-the pockets would be worth it!

Dress is gorgeous and fits great except the bust is too small and the arm holes are small. If the bust would work, I could adapt to the arm holes but unfortunately the dress has to go back.

Fit and size were good, but too much fabric around hips and thighs. Seemed more like a bridesmaid’s dress than one for a wedding guest. Fabric is lovely. Color is BEAUTIFUL! Very nice dress, just not right for my needs.

I usually wear an 8 or 10. I ordered this dress in a 10. Loved the style and the fabric, but it was so tight across the chest that I couldn’t wear it. I dont have huge boobs, but this is made for smaller chests (maybe B or smaller). It’s just really tight across the chest then flows out from the waist.

Love this dress. I actually added an extra bit of crinolin under it to make it more poofy. It’s a beautiful dress and it fit well, but this designer runs big and I ordered a size down from what I would normally wear. The dress is dreamy and perfect for a dressy event. I got so many complements on my dress and I felt beautiful in a timeless style.

This is a beautiful looking dress. However, not practical for someone wishing to hide a tummy. Its material and lacy under-skirt lining make it rather bulky. It smelled as if the person who tried it on before me was wearing a strong, cloying perfume. I would have had to dry clean it before wearing it.

The dress fit a bit too tight around the mid drift area. It was fitting in the bust and length. The fabric was very nice and so was the construction offered no room for a dress maker to adjust in the mid section
I feel I must return it because of the very tight feeling in the mid section
If it was only 1 inch fuller in that area it would have been a better fit.
